Product received in discrepancy or physical damaged must be reported within 5 days after received. The original shipping box must be retained and pictures of evidence may be requested for further investigation.

– Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, the package should be in perfect condition, not opened and sealed. Please be completely sure of your intent to use our product before opening the factory sealed box.

-In case you want to return the product and it is already open, we would apply a 25% restocking fee.
