CPE Installations
The Customer Premises Equipment service covers any equipment that receives an Internet signal in term to unify different locations.
We can connect the CPE to the NTU of the circuit and check with the Responsible Engineer the connection. And we send a protocol of the hardware installation including pictures (front and back of the hardware, as well as a picture of the rack).
We can provide as well remote console on the hardware for your team configuration

Wi-Fi Site Survey
This service are carried out using the Ekahau , Air Magnet or Acrylic Heat Maps software to check the signal of Access Points installed on the site. The more and accurate information you have for your business, better decisions you will make , especially when we are talking about big site dimensions .
Active: when we analyse the AP’s already installed
Passive: when there’s no equipment , we will suggest a solution .

Wi-Fi Site Installation
Install AP’s , Wifi Controllers and if needed , we can support the wiring service . The engineer can follow any previously agreed instruction or we can coordinate any activity to suggest the best solution for the AP ´ s installation according to the site.

Rack and Stack
We will be your physical hands to provide access to the Responsible Engineer. Making sure to take all the good care on the rack installation and ensuring it will be with the basics set up in terms of connection. Network configuration IP, installation, and settlement of the cabinet.

4G/3G Internet Services
We can provide Temporary Internet Circuit, a kit developed to provide Internet access through 4G’s solution straight away. No settings are needed.
It can be used in a case of temporary access that the fibre optic wasn’t still installed or as a backup solution for your current Internet structure assuring that you will not lack Internet Service.

Cabling Support & Installation
A full structured wiring service that will organize and certify that your cabling frame is documented based on the standards and regulations needed.
A certification report will be provided to ensure that the company’s cabling structure is properly addressed.
We provide wiring service to connect equipment to a power grid or internal network as well

Data Center Infraestructure

Move and Change Services
In case you need to move the office location, same site or different address. We are going to disassemble , move the equipment and set it up again. You just need to send the guidance

Pickup Services
Picking the equipment up from a different address of the installation We can help you with any logistics needed. You can combine the pick up service with a Filed Engineer activity or without it.

ITAD (IT Asset Disposition)
It’s not from today that sustainability is a serious concern to all of us and that the nature of our business due to the very frequent update on the equipment, ends up generating a lot of disposal of waste.
It’s very important to have it deal with in a proper and better way.
JTI Network will care for the de installation and correct disposal, first of all, we will scrap and then recycle or resell the hardware with a certificate’s presentation.

EPOS System Supporty & Installation
Installation, setting and problem solving for Pin Pads, Screens, and any other equipment that is part of the EPOS System in your retail segment.

iMac Support & Installation
Installation, settling, and problem solving for the daily support on the users’ end.
